Spatium Toimitilat Oy is a real estate company established in 2000. We develop and lease commercial premises flexibly and responsibly to meet our customers’ needs.
Our offering includes suitable premises for both small entrepreneurs and large international corporations — for production, storage, and logistics. When needed, we develop and construct new facilities tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Sustainable and responsible
Responsibility is a core value for us and integrated into everything we do. Our environmental and sustainability program, launched in autumn 2021, guides all our operations. We were awarded the EcoCompass certificate in 2022, and it was renewed through an audit in 2025.
Recycling, energy efficiency, and the use of renewable energy are part of our daily operations. All of our own properties use district heating produced locally by Lahti Energy, which is entirely carbon-free.
In addition to environmental responsibility, we are committed to social responsibility. We take care of our staff and make sustainable procurement choices. Our goal is to become a carbon-neutral company by the end of 2025.
