Responsibility at Spatium
Our operations are guided by the principles of sustainable development. We continuously measure, report, and improve our responsibility efforts. Each year, we monitor key indicators such as carbon footprint, energy and water consumption, as well as customer and employee satisfaction. We encourage our tenants to reduce energy consumption, minimize waste, and improve waste sorting practices. Spatium Toimitilat Oy was awarded the EcoCompass environmental certificate by the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation in 2022, and it was renewed following an audit in 2025.
